This is a decent eyeliner but not great. I got the plum shade and it's pretty dry, stiff and not very creamy or smooth. Kind of tugs when applying. Once it's on you can blend a little, but too much and it blends away to nothing. You kind of get what you pay for with this. It's an OK product, just no...

Good Smudge-able Eyeliner
This eyeliner is the same kind of cheap drugstore that does not "set." It is not bad! It's made to be for the waterline (Kohl) and general eye makeup like eyeshadow but I also use it as a lip liner. Very pigmented and it's has a reddish brown I've been looking for in which I can use on waterline! Very cheap too.

Good for a smoky eye horrible for waterline I put this product on my water line and literally 5 minutes later doing my mascara it disappeared. Lovely price but elf gotta do better on this one!!!

I put it in my waterline and it did not last long. I found myself having to reapply it multiple times. Good price though!
