I've been using mine nightly for years! Easy way to preserve a blowout. I even wear it to workout or travel. You need at least a bit longer than shoulder length hair for it to fit properly...Also wanted to mention it's not a heatless curl method, so if you're looking for something to make curls this isn't for that!

I have dry long hair from bleaching and coloring and this product keeps the tangles and mats away! I wake up with smooth hair & I don't have to take 20 mins trying to brush the mats out anymore. My hair health has been improved as well

I gave it a try for a week, but it felt really heavy and moved around a lot. I tightened it to keep it in place, but that just made it uncomfortable and hard to sleep. I'm really disappointed it didn't work out because I was genuinely hoping it would.
