Shake well before use. Saturate a cotton pad with the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water for Waterproof Makeup. To Remove Eye Makeup: Hold pad over closed eyes for a few seconds, then gently wipe away makeup without harsh rubbing. To Cleanse Skin & Remove Face Makeup:Gently wipe pad all over face until skin is clean and makeup and impurities are removed. Use daily. No need to rinse.
Precautions: Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

Not a fan of the oily residue
I didnt like how oily my face felt after using this. I understand its a component to remove water proof makeup but i much rather perfer a cleansing oil to remove water proof makeup
Tried and True Staple
This is the only thing that takes off some of my long-wear lip color and eye makeup. No aggressive rubbing needed. I have used this with reusable bamboo pads (my preference due to softness and less product absorption) and regular cotton balls/pads. Have repurchased many, many times. The "waterproof" version of this micellar water makes a small but noticeable difference in removing makeup with the greatest staying power. Does not dry out skin at all!

someone once said dont judge a book by its cover, i shouldve listened to them. this product is said to be "oil-free", HA, yeah right. thats why my skin feels like i just dunked my head in a bowl if bacon grease. and it would've gotten 2 stars if it removed all my mascara, but no, it didn't. i really didn't want to have to resort to this, but i suggest using equate night time soothing makeup wipes. or bacon grease 😁 😉.
