Shake well before use. Saturate a cotton pad with the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water for Waterproof Makeup. To Remove Eye Makeup: Hold pad over closed eyes for a few seconds, then gently wipe away makeup without harsh rubbing. To Cleanse Skin & Remove Face Makeup:Gently wipe pad all over face until skin is clean and makeup and impurities are removed. Use daily. No need to rinse.
Precautions: Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

I may be in the minority but this product does not remove your makeup entirely - especially my eye makeup. I'm not sure how it has such good reviews because it doesn't remove my mascara at all (non water proof and water proof)
