TO REMOVE EYE MAKEUP: Hold pad over closed eyes for a few seconds, then gently wipe without harsh rubbing.
TO CLEAN SKIN & REMOVE FACE MAKEUP: Gently wipe all over until skin is completely clean from makeup and impurities. Use daily, AM/PM. No need to rinse.
Precautions: Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

I was fine with this product when I first used it. It does its job well - cleans your face lightly and smoothly without overdrying. Didn't do much
I have dryer skin and dont use a lot of makeup. I had to go back to my normal store brand make-up remover because this didnt do much or anything at all really.
Formula changed? Now it's just glorified liquid soap
Used it on a cotton pad and while wiping it over my skin, it suds up like soap! I've never had micellar water do this before. Leaves an awful film on my skin. 2 stars because it took off some makeup. Shaking the bottle suds it up like soap!
Travel Bottle Fail, Not Good at Eyes
This is effective at removing face makeup, but doesnt do very well with mascara. Although it says it will remove mascara, the bottle also says not to get it in your eyes, which is quite tricky to do. My eyes have become sensitive and it does sting them. Furthermore, the travel bottle is designed exactly like the full size and leaked all over my luggage, staining my leather purse that was in there (it was inside another bag and leaked through). To top it off, the lid on the travel bottle cannot be removed to refill with my larger bottle, creating more unnecessary plastoc waste. Will not repurchase.
This product is not for combination or oily skin
This micellar water removes most makeup well but I need to follow up with another cleanser or I will have breakout on my T-Zone. This product would work best for normal to dry skin.
