Mild Burning and Breakout
I have oily, sensitive, acne-prone skin. This product did not work for me. I broke out in small pimples all over my face. Just a warning if you have my skin type. I don't see how this product is considered non-comedogenic.
Sticky
I came here to see if others were having the same issue. For me, this product does not absorb into skin and is incredibly sticky/tacky. Do not recommend unfortunately.
Works well for me
I'm a black woman with a bit of hyperpigmentation. I scar very easily esp after breakouts. I have combination skin and can be susceptible to dullness when I fall off my routine. This serum works great for me as far as making my skin appear plump, well moisturized, and bright. I do think it's working to improve imperfections like scars as well. I'm loving the overall texture of my skin. If you have any small scratches on your face, be careful because it will burn. On healthy, unbroken skin there is a very mild stinging that fades after a few minutes. Some reviewers said the product is sticky and that's true for me as wll but if you use a normal moisturizer after, it totally eliminates that. My mom who is over 60 also bought the product and she loves it. I will repurchase.
Amazing
I got the small version of this from my allure beauty box. When I applied this I did not feel any burning or tingling at all, but my face did get red and it only lasted for about 2 minutes and it went away. My face no longer gets red when applying this, it was only for the first 2-3 uses. I have been using it for almost a month now and it really has been amazing. I only use it during my nighttime skincare routine. When I wake up my face looks so smooth and it feels soft. I will be buying the bigger version from their official website.
