Not sure what this is made of, but it feels like spreading Elmer's glue all over your face. It created a barrier between my skin and foundation, I couldn't get it to blend into my face with a sponge or brush. I tried this on two different days, the first I had applied niacinamide as part of my skin...

I have been using this hydrating primer for the last 8 months, through heat, dust, sweating, you name it... It lasts ALL DAY!! I work in a construction environment and my makeup literally looks great after a 10+ hour work day. Not to mention I have combo skin, so some of my face tends to be oily or dry at any given moment. This primer evens everything out and helps my skin to look and feel more balanced and glowing. I love this product!!

Great budget primer
This primer goes on very smooth ; has a thick lotion like consistency. Makes my makeup application go on perfectly. It's not very matte but definitely blurs out my pores . It could have more of a tacky texture but overall I'm pretty happy with it . My makeup doesn't transfer , pill or look patchy . Definitely worth the price.
