Not sure what this is made of, but it feels like spreading Elmer's glue all over your face. It created a barrier between my skin and foundation, I couldn't get it to blend into my face with a sponge or brush. At 70 years old, I have a hard time with foundation but need to soften dry skin, fill in large pores, and keep coverage over age spots. For a recent wedding, I started with a moisturizer, let it sink in and then layered the hydrating primer under the Milani Cream to Powder foundation. Very happy after 8 hours - it still looked fantastic. I usually use high-end and this combo outperformed them.
