I just bought this today and will be returning to the store unfortunatley, i love the color settings are unbearable snags my hair which is thin and can not curl leaves indents , because it gets 2 hot to hold. Sad because I really wanted to love it with the hype the store gave me

I was excited to try this, but in less than a year, it has already stopped working. It will just shut off the minute to try to use it. Not a fan of how you can't see the temperature, as the heat settings are not as easy as other flat irons. It also was unruly on my hair, left it a lot more frizzy than other flat irons. Disappointed in this brand. Do NOT recommend.
Its a no for me
Changing the temperature settings is an annoying nightmare , the flat iron stopped working after 9 months , sent it back to T3 and got a refurbished one as a replacement . For the price of this i expected more

i wanted to like this so so so bad. i loved the heat settings, i loved the design of the iron, i loved the color, i loved the plates, i loved the color..... i tried absolutely everything i could to get this to work but it snagged my hair SOOOOO bad. i took super small sections/blow dried my hair straight/got a trim and none of those kept it from snagging. i really really hope this continues to work for others because i was so sad i had to return it.

This is the first flat iron I have found to actually work on one pass. My hair is smooth and soft after using. The only thing that has changed in my hair routine is using this flat iron. It is so worth the money.
