I love T3 products! I've been using the T3 single pass x with 1.5 plates for years and it has never failed me. But, all good things must come to an end. I've had my flat iron for over 3 years and I'm starting to notice chipping on the ceramic coating. Not too bad, but I thought I needed a backup...

Beautiful and easy to use
Love that this has multiple heat settings especially for fine hair. The lower temps are much better for this. It creates beautiful curls smoothly with ease and no snagging!
SCORCHED my hair
my hair is scorched, fried and months of Biotin and hair growth and i'm still dealing with fried little inch inch pieces everywhere that stick strait up .Horrible - run don't walk AWAY from this product.. I'm so sad .
Why didn't I buy this sooner?!
So I purchased this because I recently learned that ceramic plates are better than the titanium when it comes to my and my child's hair texture. This flat iron did not disappoint. One pass is literally all it took. I have no complaints. It shuts off by itself when left idle which I can appreciate and it heats up pretty quickly. I just hope it lasts me a long time like my previous flat iron.

Had to Return
I was so excited to get this straightener, but after the first use, I had to return it. My hair was snagging, the plates were not even and i could stand how the plates felt running through my hair. It's a beautiful flat iron, but had too many flaws for me.
