I have dry, textured skin, ive tried mixing a drop of milky toner with this on the back of my hand, ive using a damp paw puff, ive used my fingers, ive used a concealer brush, and ive made sure to skin prep each and every time. Not long lasting. I put a drop on the bottle to see how long it took to dry because I noticed it never dried on my skin. It was still wet after sitting overnight
