Shake well prior to use.
Apply liberally to dry skin 15 minutes before sun exposure.

Sun Protection Measures:
Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a broad spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including:
Limit time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats and sunglasses.
Reapply:
After 80 minutes of swimming or sweating.
Immediately after towel drying.
At least every 2 hours.
Other Information:
Protect the product in the container from excessive heat and direct sun.
May stain some fabrics.
Precautions: For external use only. Do not use on damaged or broken skin. When using this product keep out of eyes. Rinse with water to remove. Stop use and ask a doctor if rash occurs. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

The initial application is light weight and fairly smooth! My complexion is fairly deep so I did appreciate how sheer the product was after absorbing to my skin. I will say it did not completely dry sheer but for mineral sunscreen it was not bad.

Great sunscreen that kept me and my family safe from the sun! We haven't burned each time we've used this sunscreen! However, I wouldn't say it's sheer. It does leave a white cast and also gets on everything including my car. Especially if you use it on your hands. However, I love that it's mineral and would purchase.
Still leaves white cast
This sunscreen still leaves a whitecast no matter how long i rub it in. I have light skin with olive neutral tones. But I still recommend because it does not burn or feel super thick when I apply it around my eyes. To fix the white cast i have layered a tinted spf and it works beautifully.

I'm a big fan of Blue Lizard mineral sunscreen. The sheer mineral goes on easily, provides great coverage with a sma amount and doesn't leave too much white cast. It works great on myself and kids and last for quite a while before reapplying. This is a new staple in my beach bag.

Such a great sunscreen! We have been using Blue Lizard products for years and love them, this one is no exception! My son is very sensitive to chemical sunscreens which is the reason our family switched to mineral sunscreen, specifically with Zinc Oxide as the active ingredient. This sunscreen is just that gentle mineral ingredients while still being powerful enough to protect us against the sun. Unlike most mineral sunscreens this one blends out nicely and doesn't leave a white cast. I highly recommend!!
