Not what I expected
I thought I would love this dryer from the start but I do not. Unfortunately my cheap revlon gives better volume and my hair is not any glossier or shinier! I have watched videos and read all the instructions and have used it for a week. I am going to keep trying but I am disappointed.

Disappointed that my glossi turns off an on while using. Had the glossi for about 2 months now and upset that it is doing this never once dropped or mishandled my glossi. Sad because it works great but not reliable.
I'm loving it - fine haired woman
I got this after seeing it on tiktok. I had been using the revlon for the longest time but it was so rough on my hair. After using the glossy, I have far less frizz and it drys much faster than the revlon. I dont use the hot comb feature much but it does add a lot of shine when I do use it. Overall Im very happy I made the switch even though I didnt get it on sale lol

I usually love shark products and loved this only of it would stop turning off on me. o bought this in December so I haven't had it for long. Decided to take it with me to my trip to Hawaii since it was my newest tool. Wrong choice that was. First of all , the plug is enormous. I have to use an extension cord in order for me to use it in my bathroom. when I tried using it in Hawaii it kept turning off on me. I looked it up and said to clean the air filter which I did and still kept turning off. I read that it could possibly be overheating but I hadn't used it not even 5 minutes when it decided to turn off. It is as very annoying.

Tangles and mats hairs very easily and makes it super frizzy if you wait for your hair to dry too much or twist wrong. I've lost a lot of hair from this tool unfortunately but it gives good results other than pulling your hair out
