Caused eczema flare and oily scalp

We purchased this for my preteen daughter as recommended by her dermatologist for flaky scalp, possible eczema. After a few uses, the eczema intensified and become extremely itchy, with red sore spots on her scalp. She must be sensitive to something in this shampoo. Disappointed this is advertised as a safe shampoo for allergens, and it's also very expensive.

Didn't work
I specifically got this shampoo and conditioner, because everything makes me break out. This actually made me break out worse than any other combination I've used, including the cheap drugstore brand. I have so much acne on my neck and the sides of my forehead that I was not even getting with other shampoos. I'm not sure what's in the shampoo that's making it supposedly so great but it's not which is disappointing because it smells nice and made my hair soft. The acne is so depressing.
Oily hair's savior

Perfect for oily hair. It cleanses the scalp without over drying or stripping hair (like many other shampoos) I used to spray my hair with dry shampoo after washing and air drying so I wouldn't wake up with greasy hair in the morning. But with this shampoo I don't have to. Has a light, calming scent. Highly recommended
