Irritation and hair thinning.
I had used this shampoo many years ago and recalled it being a nice, basic product. Really liked that it was cruelty free too! Not the OG Formula
Favorite since the 90s. However, the new formula doesn't agree w my hair. It hates the new surfactant. Thankfully, Sally's GVP is molded after the OG and does my hair right. So if you prefer the old formula, I highly recommend GVP.
Works fine, avoid its companion
This shampoo works as intended, no bad comments. The Detangler on the other hand that pairs with this shampoo is a thin, ineffective disappointment. If you purchase this shampoo, my recommendation is to not buy the matching conditioner.

I have used Shampoo One for literally decades. The new formula sux. I have short hair and I can't get a lather no matter how I try. My scalp doesn't feel clean after shampooing. Why mess around with a winner, guys!?!
