Prep the skin using Tanologist Eraser & Primer.
Moisturize dry areas, such as hands, elbows, knees and feet.
Spray directly onto dry skin and blend with a tanning mitt using large circular motions.
Shower 1-4 hours after application depending on desired end result. More time = deeper tan.
Precautions: This product does not contain a sunscreen and does not protect against sunburn. Repeated exposure of unprotected skin while tanning may increase the risk of skin aging, skin cancer and other harmful effects to the skin even if you do not burn. Tanologist advises a patch test 24 hours before use. Do not apply on broken or irritated skin. Avoid contact with eyes. If reaction occurs, discontinue use/seek medical advice. Wash hands thoroughly after application.

Let me just say that I have worked at a spray tan salon before… but as far as I'm concerned this is the easiest at home self tanner as long as you use some common sense. Apply several times to your legs (use the mouse) as they are most likely the palest. Have someone help with your back or use a mit...

Sticky, kind of a weird odor, but works
I always use this because it never turns my clothes or sheets orange. However- don't expect to do anything while it's on, it's really sticky and doesn't dry- which is fine if you have 4 hours to sit around au natural or in a robe. Have used 20+ bottles over 5 years
I started using this product in 2021 and will never switch to another self-tanner. I have tried one other self tanner (bondi sands) and it was terrible in comparison. I use latex gloves to apply it to my body and the tanologist brush to do my feet, hands, knees, elbows, and face. I rinse off my feet, hands, face, elbows, knees, and armpits after 1 hour so that they don't get too dark and then leave the rest on for 3-4 hours. It has a bit of a smell but it is not terrible. I let my self dry for around 15 minutes and then just put on shorts and a tank top and I do errands with it on. Highly recommend this product.

Great Mousse, Minor Streaks
I like that this self-tanner comes in a mousse because it's easy to apply and doesn't stain my hands. I make sure to spread it evenly over the areas where I want the tan to show. However, by the next day I notice some lines on my legs, especially on the back of my calves. They're not extremely noticeable, but you can see them. Applying body lotion the next day helps soften the lines a bit. One thing I really like is that it doesn't stain my clothes.

I'm pretty pale and this gave me a nice base layer for my vacation. I don't know if it's as deep as other self tan but I had no expectations. I love the color it left on me and it didn't transfer on anything, smell bad, or leave a weird texture on me. Only a little bit sticky at first then dried nicely!
