Hair Type Straight Hair
I was a little curious on why the formula for the shampoo and conditioner was less effective than previous bottles I've bought. Now I know why, so this just makes no sense why they would switch just to save a few bucks. I've been using this product for over 25 years, and I feel like I've gone backwards with my hair getting thinner instead of thickening.
Formula change
I have used this shampoo since middle school and it was the onky thing that ever worked for my severe scalp psoriasis. Ever since the redesigned that claimed to use the same formula, it does absolutely nothing. Don't believe for one second that the formula didnt change

I normally use Biolage scalp sync but I always like to try new products so I stopped for a period. My scalp got really dry and every time I washed my hair I felt gross because i had so much dandruff flaking off. I decided to give this a try and literally im blown away! I thought id need to do a couple washes but the advertisement is correct. One use and I saw instant results. I only used on my scalp and followed with my normal shampoo after focusing on the areas I didnt do. I wash 2-3 times a week.
