This is brilliant and works so well. I was getting some pimples on my back from working out/sweating. I couldn't really reach them with any lotion or treatments with SA. This spray made everything better in a matter of days. So good I bought a second so I never run out.
Best salicylic spray I've used
I have used a few other brands and they all choke me out to the point I hold my breath, spray and run away after using. I thought this was normal. Apparently not. I tried this today and got ready to be choked out and was surprised when I could still breathe after spraying all over my chest. Has the same tacky texture as all the other brands I've used but that's expected and doesn't bother me.
I will continue to buy this product
This along with the salicylic body wash from Naturium is the only combo that has kept my husband's bacne under control. It's also gentle enough to use on my face. Win! The convenient spray makes it easy to reach areas that he couldn't get to with just his hands. A definite repeat purchase for us!

I struggle with KP, particularly on my upper back. None of the body washes or lotions I've tried have worked on that area, but this spray has been amazing for me! I'm all clear these days, and try to stock up when there's a sale. I only wish there were a travel-friendly sized bottle; I'd love to be able to take this with me on trips.
Fantastic for hard-to-reach areas
The KP on the backs of my shoulder blades and center of my back has been a problem for years. Lotions and body washes have never helped. In under two weeks of AM & PM use, this product cleared up all my bumps and texture. The spray is easy to use and a perfect continuous mist. I couldn't be happier with it.
