Recommended for evening use: Clean the skin thoroughly with CeraVe Acne Treatment Face Wash before applying this product. Cover the entire affected area with a thin layer one to three times daily. Because excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with one application daily, then gradually increase to two or three times daily if needed or as directed by a doctor. If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day.

After 5 weeks of using this cleanser, it made my face worse. I started breaking out and having big acne, white head and blackheads which later turned into dark spots. SAVED MY SKIN!
I've been struggling with breakout on my forehead due to oiliness and hair products and this literally removed 4 pimples and no black spots. I even passed in blemishes and it decreased the dark spots of old ones. Its my skin but bettee because it also gives a glow! I have combination skin and no matter where I passed my skin didnt dry or get oily.

Blemish "serum"
I use this on my chin when I'm applying serum to the rest of my face, its non drying and keeps breakouts at bay. Not sure its 100% effective because I use it with other acne products.
Really powerful product and actually works
Apparently someone used this as a "cleanser" and gave it a bad review; it's not supposed to be used as a cleanser. It is a spot treatment. Put a dab of this stuff on your pimples and they'll be gone very soon. Yes, it is quite strong but after years of trying literally everything out there, I finally found something that works. Will be buying again.
