- Take a section of slightly damp hair from the top of your head.
- Place the rod at the ends & tuck them as you begin rolling downward toward your head.
- Keep rolling until the rod is tight against your scalp, then bend ends to snap & secure in place.
- Continue with the next roller, then link it through the first roller before you snap it together to help them stay secure.
- Repeat the process until all rollers are in place; wear overnight or until hair fully dries.

Not good for short hair
I have short hair and this did not work. It doesn't stay in place. Maybe I did not know how to do it
Cannot sleep in these
Way to bulky to sleep in. Huet your neck while trying to sleep and will just fall out while you sleep. Do guve nice curls if you want to wear them around the house but not for overnight curls
I would not buy this product again
Easy to use but they don't stay in place. They are also very difficult to sleep in.
