This was NEVER real rosewater. You don't make rosewater by combining water with rose essential oil, anyone can do that. Rosewater is created by distilling the plant. Yes, the formula has changed because it says rose fragrance instead of rose oil, but either way the product has never been authentic. ...

very hydrating
this is my first time trying this and I did some research before hand and read reviews and decided on this while I was on a wknd beach trip. I used this after a night out. For me, after cleansing and spraying on as a layering before a gel cream. this made my makeup routine beautiful for another night out.
Disappointing formula change
The recent formula switch from "rose oil" to "rose fragrance" is so disappointing! Has completely changed the consistency and smell. Feels like a money grab, will sadly have to be looking elsewhere for my rosewater needs.
Rosewater?
This was NEVER real rosewater. You don't make rosewater by combining water with rose essential oil, anyone can do that. Rosewater is created by distilling the plant. Yes, the formula has changed because it says rose fragrance instead of rose oil, but either way the product has never been authentic. You can buy some rose oil (which is also fragrance btw) and make some yourself if you prefer the old version. I'm giving it two stars because of the fine mist bottle
Heritage Store Rosewater
I go through bottles of these. Love how refreshing it makes my face feel !!! Let it completely dry. I have combination skin and I apply this before and after all my skincare products ! Ive never had an issue with it reacting to my skin . Sometimes I also use it to refresh my makeup but use very little to avoid any separating. My face feels hydrated, fresh , and clean. Definitely worth it !!
