Tried this eyeliner in Brown. where to start... not pigmented, chalky crumbly as I tried to apply. thought it actually looked bronze, when I "rolled it up" which I got excited because it's beautiful to look at and then it stops there. could barely see it and I am very fair skinned. pulled and tugged when I used as I tried to line above and waterline below my lashes. if I could give 0 stars I would
