Texture is rough, packaging leaks
This shampoo smells nice but the texture is a bit harsh. I can't run my fingers through my hair while shampooing. Not until after I rinse it and get some conditioner on. Great product, poor bottle design
I love the product itself - my hair feels so soft and strong. I don't like how the product leaks out of the bottle - too much waste of the product and my money. Will probably go back to the 2.5oz tube until they get a new bottle.

Love the product so far first week of using but I did notice the bottle leaks. Design needs to be modified to take this into consideration other than that product smells good and leaves hair feeling hydrated so I will keep using and hopefully they change the bottle to avoid wasted product.

I got a free sample and this shampoo smells like old lady perfume. It's so overwhelmingly strongly frequent that my hands smell like it, I can almost taste it. And it lingers !!!! It's obvious the 5 star reviews are fake. I don't recommend it.
