How exactly do you use this product? The instructions aren't clear to me. I soaked a cotton pad and gently rubbed it across my eyelids to remove the makeup, then took a dry cotton pad and removed it, then rinsed with water and the makeup didn't come off? Is this different from micellar water? What am I missing here? Am I meant to do those 3 steps in that exact order and multiple times?

I have never used another eye makeup remover. This gets everything in a couple strokes - whether it's mascara, eye shadow, eyeliner, concealer - or all of them. I've never had any problems with stinging, so it is super gentle and I have incredibly sensitive eyes/skin.

Works great for lash extensions
I use this product to clean my lashes and it works great. To all the bad reviews saying it dosent remove waterproof makeup… its water based. You need an oil based product for waterproof stuff. Yall are buying the wrong thing and blaming the product.. Anyways this product is gentle and work well. Would def buy again.

I have used this to remove my eyeliner and mascara since I was a teenager in the 1980's. I usually use it with a qtip after washing my face to get the remnants from under my eyes. It's not oily, doesn't burn or leave a film. I have also used it to remove sharpie from my kid's face very easily.

it literally did nothing to my skin. when i pour the product out a bunch comes out at a time and it leaks too. it also burned my eyes a bit
