pleasant to use but doesn't do anything
this is a thick cream that when spread it feels nice under the eyes, and it has a metal tip which can be refreshing, but i am maybe one or two days from finishing my first purchase of this (will have to try really hard to squeeze the last drops at this point), and i haven't particularly noticed anyt...

Eye irritation
I liked the applicator but this is not good for sensitive skin. My under eyes broke out really bad after using 2-3 days. It took about a week for my under eyes to go back to normal :(

I have pretty deep eye bags and this helps brighten my under eyes and firms the skin
Irritated my skin
The formula and the applicator feel nice but this left the skin around my eyes red and irriated, even gave me little bumps. Tried it multiple times, gave it a break and tried it again and this happened every time. It could be that I'm just sensitive to it, may work for others.

My new favorite eye cream! I love the applicator because it is so cooling and makes the product easy to apply, but also helps with under eye puffiness.

I was really loving this until all of a sudden I wasnt - shards of metal came out of the applicator and scratched my under eye. Three shards so far. Its a shame, because the cream itself is lovely - hydrating but not heavy, non-irritating to my sensitive eyes, and actually felt like a much higher end cream. Until you know the shards.

How long before it expires?

- Official Answer By cocokind - Brand EngageHi! In general, our products have shelf lives of about 12 months after opening. On the bottom of every product box, we list a PAO (period after opening) symbol. It should look like a little open jar with a number and the letter M (months). This will help you determine how long each product is good for after opening. Additionally, there is no expiration date on skincare products, with the exception of OTC items and any product referring to a medical skincare concern - including our daily SPF and postbiotic acne serum.
