How long before it expires?

- Official Answer By cocokind - Brand EngageHi! In general, our products have shelf lives of about 12 months after opening. On the bottom of every product box, we list a PAO (period after opening) symbol. It should look like a little open jar with a number and the letter M (months). This will help you determine how long each product is good for after opening. Additionally, there is no expiration date on skincare products, with the exception of OTC items and any product referring to a medical skincare concern - including our daily SPF and postbiotic acne serum. this is a thick cream that when spread it feels nice under the eyes, and it has a metal tip which can be refreshing, but i am maybe one or two days from finishing my first purchase of this (will have to try really hard to squeeze the last drops at this point), and i haven't particularly noticed anyt...

Love this!
This is the only eye cream I've used that made a noticeable difference. I'm a barista and this makes my eyes bright, hydrated, and less puffy at 3 in the morning. It has a rich texture- a little goes a long way. The applicater is cold and feels nice. Looks great under makeup too.
Reaction
Ive tried this multiple times over the past few weeks to be sure and each time, I would wake up in the morning with red, puffy, itchy undereyes. Otherwise, the cream is thick so it tugs a but when trying to spread with the applicator. It did feel nice and mousturizing once applied but cant use due to reaction.
Gave me milia so bad
I started using this cream daily to moisturize around my eyes in the harsh Chicago winter and now have milia around both eyes SO bad. This was the only new item I've incorporated in my skincare routine so I have reason to believe this cream is what caused it. Super bummed!
Triggered My Eczema!
I wanted to love this product, but unfortunately it didn't hydrate my eyes. After about a week of use, my undereyes started getting flakey and red! I think this product triggered my eczema. For reference, I have sensitive combo skin!

This is genuinely one of the best eye creams I have ever used! The cool metal tip makes my under eyes feel so refreshed and I genuinely noticed a difference in my under eyes after applying it!
