They are highly effective in preventing the growth of fungi, bacteria and yeast that could contaminate and degrade products. As part of our commitment to deliver high-quality, effective products, certain parabens are used in some of our formulations to ensure the safety of our consumers. Extensive research spanning decades has confirmed the parabens in our portfolio are safe at the concentrations we use. The U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA), which regulates the personal care industry, upholds these findings. While we take great care in evaluating each ingredient we use and are confident in our products’ safety, we know there is public conversation encouraging consumers to avoid certain ingredients, as is the case with some parabens. Based on growing demand for products that do not include parabens, we substituted them for other preservatives in some of our products. Consumers can look on our products’ labels to see what ingredients are included. Additionally, as part of our innovation strategy we are developing packaging systems and new product formulations that are less vulnerable to microbiological contamination, which will limit the use of preservatives in general. Horrible orangey color
This is not a nude, neutral or natural color for me whatsoever. Returned. This is peach-orange. Yuck.
A far far step down from the wooden lip liners
I was so excited to have something a little bit softer than the typical wooden lip liner. This lip liner broke off the second. I tried to apply it, and then again when I was trying to fill in my lips. it crumbles and way too creamy and soft doesn't feel like a lip liner. It feels like an itty-bitty lipstick is very easy and transfers. the pigment is nice in the red shade, but the formula is not affective.
Nice, but color not sienna
Sienna is normally a color that is on the rust color palette. Even towards an orange/brown. I have red hair, this color is definitely bright red. I like NYX because the line is finer than most lip liners. I don't recommend this color as it is not true to sienna. I would recommend other colors of this liner, however. Don't order online-try them in the store. Too expensive to send back.
Going back for more colors!
I got cocoa and it is beautiful. A little goes a long way! It was smooth going on and didn't look chalky or waxy. Loved it. Have to go back for different shades. And the price..... chefs kiss. Affordable.
Good quality
It is a great budget liner. But, I think the amount of makeup in the liner is very small. For the price, it does what it should which is an easy lip liner to apply.
