This is a very lightweight serum that is really moisturizing around the delicate eye area. You need the smallest amount to gently tap around the eye area. The retinol & bakuchiol eye serum is a great serum! I can definitely see an improvement in the elasticity around my eyes. The only reason I marked it down a star is because I wasn't prepared for the fact that retinol used around the eyes can make dark circles look worse before they get better, due to the top layers of skin shedding, and it can take a long time, often over six months of use, before it starts to improve. I have noticed a slight improvement in my dark circles since the "worse phase," and I have been using it for four months now. I hope it keeps heading in that direction.
