Apply in the morning and evening after cleansing your face and after applying facial serums, or moisturizers. Use the applicator to apply a pea-sized amount of serum under both eyes. Gently glide the cooling metal tip along orbital bone. For best results, apply daily.

I would buy it again but I never received it.
Never received this one but I wanted to try it so bad.
No improvement
Been using this daily for about a month with no noticeable benefits. I'm not sure there is any product that will reduce puffiness.
Cooling & hydrating. Not great at de-puffing.
Bought this on sale. For that reason I'll keep using it -- the ingredients are wonderfully nourishing and the cold application feels wonderful in the morning because of the metal tip. If it were full price I probably would've returned it though. I just don't feel it accomplishes what it claims as far as dark circles and de-puffing, at least in my case. The photos show before, immediately after, and 30 mins after. I didn't see any significant reduction in puffiness. Although there's no magic product that will keep you from looking tired if you're tired, this didn't give me as much of a boost I was looking for to justify the price. The skin did feel soft, luminous, and super moisturized -- good product in that regard.

I love this under eye cream. It feels lightweight and refreshing. Some under eye creams feel heavy and sticky but not this one. It is the perfect addition to my skin care routine. I really love DIME products. Their ingredients are super clean.
