- Q
Is this safe for acne prone skin that sensitive
- Asked by Sandy
- Official Answer By cocokind - Brand EngageHi! The resurrection polypeptide cream was carefully formulated to be gentle and was dermatologist tested to ensure it’s non-irritating. Those with breakout-prone skin typically prefer a lighter weight moisturizer, like our texture smoothing cream, but our resurrection polypeptide cream may be a great fit for breakout-prone skin experiencing dryness. We still always recommend a patch test to confirm compatibility because everyone has unique skin and concerns. Was this answer helpful to you

- Q
Is this product noncomedogenic?
- Asked by Hannah
- Official Answer By cocokind - Brand EngageHi! There is actually no FDA regulation for the term “comedogenic." In fact, there are no standardized tests that can accurately determine if an ingredient will or will not clog your pores or cause breakouts, so we stay away from that term generally. Skin health is completely individual and dependent on genetics and lifestyle choices, including skincare! However, for those who are breakout-prone, we would recommend trying this as your nighttime cream because it has a rich texture and feel! We also always recommend patch testing our products on a small area of skin to see if our ingredients work for you!Was this answer helpful to you
- Q
Is this safe enough to apply on milia prone eyelid / bottom eye area skin?
- Asked by neligranja
- Official Answer By cocokind - Brand EngageHi! Our resurrection polypeptide cream was carefully formulated to be gentle and was dermatologist tested to ensure it’s non-irritating, but has not been specifically tested for milia. For the under-eye and eyelid area specifically, we recommend the revitalizing eye cream. It deeply hydrates and refreshes eye area, locks in hydration around the eyes, soothes and depuffs skin with a hygienic metal applicator tip.Was this answer helpful to you
- Q
Is this product good for oily skin?

- Asked by Cassy

Okay WOW
I did not purchase this product, nor did I really seek something like this out, I got it as a free gift for buying smoother products from this brand. Now I'm seeing some arguments about the texture, mine was left outside in freezing weather for a few when delivered, so I don't know if that affected ...

Surprising but Good
I thought this was going to be similar to Belif's Moisturizing Bomb (a favorite of mjne but I find my makeup does not lay well over the Belif product), but the texture is drastically different. The Cocokind moisturizer has a bouncy texture similar to a jelly. Yet when applied to the skin, it feels l...

Uncomfortable texture
I wanted to like this cream, but the texture is uncomfortably thick and really difficult to rub in unless your face is still wet - I tested out whether it would be easier after using a serum, but no. I have dry, sensitive skin and didn't notice any improvements.
This is the one
I have been searching high and low for a moisturizer that would be thick enough for my eczema-related dry skin and something that wouldn't melt into an oil. This is it. There's a good amount of product since it last me a month with morning and night usage. The texture was a little unconventional for me at first, but I think that's what makes it special. It's a bit goopy and melts into a sort of semi-thick paste when you rub it into your hands, then apply it. My skin is genuinely the best it's ever been in a long time. I love this!!!
Hydrating Moisturizer
My skin thanks you Cocokind bc I am that girl that has used everyrhing from La Roche, CeraVe etc. and even when my skin is flared and red due to ezcema it burns my skin. This did not burn at all and as a matter of fact it cleared up skin. Loving their products!!
The BEST!
I have been using the hydroboost from neutrogena since high school but had to find something new. I'm so glad I found this one! My skin feels so smooth and supple HOURS after putting this on! I make sure my face is a little damp before using and let it seep into my pores. No oiliness, no weird smell, just fresh hydrated skin. I cannot recommend anything better!
Not sure how to feel…
I want to start by stating that I love every Cocokind product I have tried. That said, I'm not sure if I love this one… The texture is very strange, almost like ooblek — strangely thin/watery, while also being thick like glue. The texture isn't the worst thing to me, unfortunately, the part that has me hung up is that it appears this product is not fungal-acne safe. This product caused a fungal-acne, flareup all along my jawline. The glow and hydration this product gives is beautiful. Has me super hung up on wanting to stop using it or not… Lol… All in all, if you are not someone who struggles with fungal-acne, I would definitely suggest this product!! Buttttt — if you do, have had, or are prone to acne breakouts, especially fungal-acne, I think I would suggest to steer clear.
