BRING HER BACK
The new formula takes a former holy grail product and completely ruins each and every one of its good qualities. The old formula was thin, easy to blend, and highly pigmented; it would only oxidize very slightly when drying, which on my skin tone resulted in a very natural coverage for blemishes. ...

Not for acne sensitive skin
If you have acne problems, use the "acne-safe" app. My loves, it is the onlyyyy thing that has saved me. I realized after using this app that this product was causing me to have acne, even though it has "clean ingredients". Please remove or find acne safe replacements for: Butyrospermum Parkii Shea Butter, Spirulina, & Beeswax. These ingredients are why I can no longer use this product. I found it to be amazing otherwise- the way it adjusted to my skin tone was especially wonderful. Oh- I guess I also didnt like how shiny it would make my face. It would eventually dry if I used a very small amount, but would typically make my skin very shiny (& I do not like to use powder bc i have not found one that's non-pore clogging). I could look past this issue however if the product was non-comedogenic.
Bring back the old formula
I never had a holy grail product until the old formula of this product. It was soothing and corrected my redness like nothing else I have ever used. Please please please bring it back

Hero, PLEASE bring back the old formula the new formula is a joke. it has no coverage and makes my skin look so greasy please bring back old formula. i know im not the first to complain about this and i wont be the last.

im so happy to see all the reviews agreeing on how awful the new formula is. this was my magic cream, my ride or die cream, i would need just this as my only step & have the most flawless skin without having to put on anything else. i came to write this review to express my frustration on how much i really hate this new formula! not only is there absolutely like no green to the cream anymore, i look more red after applying, theres some kind of like exfoliation in the cream now & i think this new formula is breaking me out. im so upset because this cream was my savior skin secret & im afraid i have to savor the last of what i have from the old formula. i work at ulta & i would recommend this product to everyone but i will no longer be doing that because this new formula is atrocious. please seriously bring back the old formula, listen to your customers because sounds like we were all long time purchasers. i have used this product for years & im so so so sad
New formula stinks returning
As others have said the new formula is completely different I'm so disappointed. I immediately noticed the difference out of the tube, it's sticky and greasy and has no coverage. The old formula was my everyday go to and now I need to find a new product.
