Bad
The new formula does absolutely nothing. The only improvement that was made when the switch happened was the easier packaging.

Poor results and application.
No results after 2 weeks of use. It can't be used under makeup, so cannot apply 3 times daily as recommended if leaving the home. It does not get absorbed well, and stays sticky. Other reviews say the previous wands were more effective, but no longer available.

The former product/formula (lightning wand) used to contain tranexamic acid and it was THE BEST EVER!!! This new formula, trash.
