I am all for natural pain relivers since im deathly allergic to ibrophern and acetaminophen. These are a perfect remedy for when you have your strange aches and pains down there. You will sleep better than 50g of melatonin. I was working out my hips roughly and when i laid down hours later, i felt like someone was stabbing me. The relief from the pain is just so substantial and wonderful. It is hard to put into words how much relief there is with this. Relief melts is the most true description of the product there ever has been on anything. it relaxes my lower back so much. It's just amazing. I passed one on to My Sister for Endo but she hasn't tried it yet so hopefully she will soon. I feel like it will help her a whole lot.
