Perfect for my needs
The negative reviews for this product are so unfounded! The majority of them clearly didn't read the packaging. Yes, it's a color correcting product, so it will give you sheer tinted coverage over redness. Yes, it can transfer because of said tint (although I'm not having a problem with that). It's basically a redness correcting tinted moisturiser, and in that respect it works wonderfully. It provides moisture for my skin while giving me sheer coverage and neutralising my redness. Protip, you just need to shake the bottle vigorously when you first get it for it to be the correct consistency. Mine was liquidy and separated initially and after shaking it was the perfect consistency. Don't listen to the people who can't read - this product works great for its intended use!
Wipes off Easily
I like this product but if you're wearing it just as-is with not much else on top of it (foundation, bronzer, blush, etc.) it wipes off really easily. Its worth a try - maybe it was just my skin but, be warned.
Peeled, pilled, and separated
Didnt work well with my skin and current skincare. Product also came totally separated and liquidy and had to spend a ton of time shaking it up and days of waiting.
Skip this one if you need a color corrector
I have red skin and love a good green color correcting moisturizer. This isn't it. Like other reviews, my bottle arrived separated. I gave it a good shake and figured we were good to go. I bought it in September and I haven't been wearing makeup often, so when I reached for it recently, I was disappointed to discover that the product had already oxidized to beige in the bottle. So now all I have is a bottle of foundation that isn't the best match for my skin. I'm torn between my dislike of wasting product and my desire to empty out the bottle and see if there is any green left at all.
Figured Out How to Use
I used to hate this product and had it sitting in my sell/donate/toss bin. I thought the consistency was disgustingly greasy. For some reason I needed light coverage and grabbed it. I put it on with a damp, cool beauty blender. Now I love it. A little goes a long way. Note that I think it's perfect for winter but I can't imagine using it in summer. I also don't think it looks great where I have the most texture. But for reducing redness and physical discomfort in my t-zone, I adore it.
