I've owned a few different light therapy masks and this one is by FAR the best one I've tried yet! This one is a higher dollar price but it's absolutely worth it because I noticed results after a week of using it. I use the 20 minute mode 3 times a week and you can tell that my skin is so much smoother, glowy, and has truly helped fade my blemishes. Also, the fit is super comfortable! I've always wanted to try out a red light mask since I've heard that it has so many benefits. This mask has a powerful red light, which is clinically proven to be positively impactful to skin discoloration. I use it on the 20 minute setting 3-4 times a week and have noticed a difference in the overall glow I have. I look forward to seeing the longer term effects of the red light. It is super convenient to charge and given it does not have to be connected to the outlet it is easier to move around & do household tasks. Although, I will say that the red light is very bright & I do prefer to just lay in bed with the eye protectors on given how bright it really is.

This mask is pretty lightweight, and I love that it doesn't need to be plugged into a wall for use. Since the mask doesn't fully form to your face, I found that the eye openings were further away from my eyes than necessary, and that made much of the red light go directly into my eyes behind the mask. My eyes aren't particularly sensitive and the mask does come with opaque like tanning goggles, but it was so uncomfortable to wear the goggles with the mask. The head strap also wasn't super comfortable so I ended up removing it and just lie down with the mask resting on my face with my eyes shut. I didn't notice a major difference in my skin, but my skin seems pretty clear and I did not experience any irritation. Overall, I like that this mask can fit a variety of head and face shapes, but I'd recommend making the eyes more fitted so the light isn't so bright in that area.
