Swivel eyeliner up only 1/8-inch (pencil does not retract to avoid exposing formula to air, which is drying). Line eyes. Use the tool on the opposite end to gently smudge colour to desired effect. Allow colour to set for 60 seconds to ensure transfer-resistance. Recap securely after using to protect the silky formula. Can be used alone or over eye shadow.

Clinique does not disappoint when it comes to eyeliners and their staying power. I have several of these in different colors, and I am happy with each! Doesn't come off easy.
Love the new Clinique "intense" eyeliner collection!
I love the way the Clinique "intense" eyeliner collection applies and that they don't loose their color intensity while you are wearing them while they are easy to remove:-) I got three different colors (grey, brown and black) and am so happy I did. As an older woman (67 YO), I have to be very careful with eyeliner application since the wrong application can seriously age you. I highly recommend the Clinique intense eyeliner collection!!
Allergic reaction
I dont have sensitive eyes but day one of application this gave me red swollen eyes, very watery & irrated eyes, very painful eyelids! Im shocked I expected more from clinique!
waste of money
After literally 40 years of using these products, it may be time to move on. Ironically, there is nowhere on the clinique site to leave comments. They changed the formula of their eyeliners, so unless you prefer a liner that bleeds and transfers, so you look like a raccoon, save your $$
Love this eyeliner
This eyeliner glides on so easy! I'm not pulling and tugging on my eyelid. I bought the green and it has a shimmer to it that is awesome! It stays on all day long and does not irritate my sensitive eyes.
