Apply shadow directly on top of Tinted Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base to create full, long-lasting intensity.
Sweep the lightest shade onto the lid or brow bone with #20 Allover Eyeshadow Brush to provide a sheer wash of color, or build and layer shadow for high-impact effect.
Create dimension by applying the medium shade along the bridge and outer corner.
Apply shimmer shades to the center of lid or inner corner with fingertips to bring instant light to the eyes.
To transform any eyeshadow shade to an eyeliner, spray #26 Push Eyeliner Brush with water to dampen. Tap on hand to remove excess water. Press into eyeshadow and remove excess on hand before lining eyes. Push color onto the lash line for targeted application.

I've been looking for a neutral eyeshadow for my cool, fair skin and dark green eyes. I find most eyeshadows to be way too warm. I'm so glad I took a chance on this palette! There's nothing wrong with this quad, I'm just not into colorful eyeshadows. This was a free gift with purchase, I wouldn't have picked it for myself. But...I wore it on St. Patrick's Day and it was fun!

The Koh Rong palette has become my every day palette. The colors are so perfectly neutral and are buttery soft/bendable. It's exactly what I've been looking for. I might buy a back up just in case this is discontinued. Chefs kiss. No notes!
