Works well & leaves hair soft
Been using this volume shampoo for several months. I have thin (but a good amount of it) hair that is pretty flat. The shampoo isn't a miracle worker, of course, but the difference in volume is noticeable. I don't understand the reviews saying that it doesn't lather because it does. It leaves my hair very soft and has no residue feel. I have an oily scalp and it does better to keep that in check than other specialized shampoos I have tried.
Unusable
The minute I put this shampoo in my hair, it turned to stone. My hair had been colored the day before, and I was unable to suds my hair up with this shampoo. My hairdresser told me it's because of the amount of natural products in this shampoo. My hairdresser avoids this brand entirely. I will never buy it again.
