I bought this bc I thought it would be non irritating and easy to apply. It is easy to apply a stick, but this one is a stiff formula that tugs and is hard to lay down. It is sticky once applied, like I've applied a grippy primer. It does sort of dry down, but never all the way. This can be good for...
