Twist clockwise to dispense the balm and gently massage it across your face. Use 1/2 turn of formula to dissolve sunscreen and light makeup. Use 1 full turn to melt heavy makeup. Wet your hands to transform the balm into a milky oil. Finish cleansing and rinse thoroughly. Follow up with Propolis Treatment Essence and Energy Active Serum.

This deep cleansing bomb worked great. I like to rub it all over my face while I am wearing makeup and let it sit for a minute or two. And then I get in the shower, rinse it off, and apply my favorite facial cleanser to get all the residue off. Works.

I was pleasantly surprised at how cleansing this balm was! Having never used a product with this consistency, I worried that the creamy texture would feel heavy. Upon applying, it melts into the skin, and after rinsing, it leaves no residue. Used this after a day of wearing sunscreen with makeup and running errands, came home to cleanse and felt very refreshed! One star removed because while I do like the scent and am not typically bothered by scented products, it's a bit strong and I could see it being overpowering to someone with a sensitivity. For a product like this, the scent feels a bit mismatched.

Works very very well. Super gentle on the skin, didn't cause any irritation. We've been moving and things have been hectic, this was a nice soothing little me time and the balm being so soth and gentle made it very easy to help relax.

This balm is is very smooth. I love the smooth, buttery texture and how it just melts into my skin when I apply it. The packaging is another bonus: you can just twist the cap to get the amount you need, no digging your fingers in. It's pretty helpful at removing makeup, but unfortunately doesn't remove all of it. It still requires some cleansing afterwards to remove what's left. But I love how moisturizing it feels without being oily, and I would absolutely recommend it. I received this product for free in exchange for leaving a review.

This product was great, it had a very smooth feeling which was perfect because I dislike the watery creams! It did a good job cleansing as well!
