TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE Age and hormones has taken most of my eyebrows. I searched over a year for the right brow pencil and was elated when I found the MAC pencil in Stud. It was the right shade, application was easy and it lasted a while. Well worth the money. In fact I would purchase multiple because I use them daily. To my surprise when I ordered my new batch of pencils and starter to apply to my eyebrows, I was in complete shock. The pencil broke immediately, it was so thin that it took a lot of effort to fill in my brows. But I said, okay, the color is the same and I'll just have to get used to this. But oh no, two weeks later and the pencil ran out. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? So not only did you reduce the size and amount of the product, you increased the price! It sounds like greed but I don't understand why. MAC you KNOW you have a loyal customer base. You could have kept the product the same and raised the price and we would have still purchased. So sad as I can't keep purchasing a product that I use daily that runs out in two weeks. I found the Fenty eyebrow pencil but it is nowhere near as good as the old MAC pencil. I hope you read these reviews, listen to your customers, and make changes accordingly. BRING BACK THE OLD PENCIL

this says it's.01 oz but it is a typo! it's only .001 oz. they need to fix this. I bought this thinking it was more than 3 time as much as another brand but really it's 1/3 as much. sheesh. I bet they did that on purpose. very bait and switch

The old MAC eyebrow pencil was my favorite, and I wish it had not been discontinued. This new Pro Brow Definer pencil does not compare at all. The pencil tip breaks easily and the product runs out entirely too fast. It's a waste of money.

I have been using MAC's original brow pencil in lingering for well over a decade. It is one of the mainstays in my makeup bag, but the new formulation in this new product is terrible . It breaks way too easily. I have to buy it again at three times the frequency, and it is not cheap. Unless MAC brings back the old formula, I will be searching for a permanent replacement for this brow pencil.

This used to be my favorite eyebrow pencil, but MAC recently reduced the weight by a third (from 0.003oz/0.09g to 0.001oz/0.03g). A product that used to last me MONTHS only lasted 5 weeks. As other reviewers said, the new version is much thinner and breaks all the time. And of course it costs more than before. Honestly, I wish I could get my money back. I'll try other brands instead.
