Hot Tools Pro Artist Lilac Pearl Turbo Salon Dryer

I will start by sharing that I dry my hair 2-3 or so times a week and definitely not every day. Usually it's because I hate the time that it takes. This hair dryer has upped the game. I have had my old hair dryer for years and the slider to turn it on and off was starting to get stuck so it was time to replace it. The Lilac Turbo Dryer dries my hair much faster and the end result is much less frizz. I should have replaced my old one a long time ago! I have thin, very straight hair so it doesn't take much to dry it but to even cut that time in half is a win in my book. The airflow is not super strong but also clearly powerful enough to get the job done. The heat and power setting buttons flip on and off and are firm so I don't find myself accidentally pushing them while trying to use the hair dryer. I will occasionally accidentally push the cool button at the top if I'm not paying attention, which is its only downfall. An added bonus to this hair dryer is the purple "pop" the hair dryer adds to my bathroom! I'd definitely recommend the Hot Tools Lilac Pearl Turbo Dryer to anyone looking to upgrade their hair-drying game. It's stylish and effective, and it leaves my hair looking and feeling great. I was given this hair tool to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, amd let me tell you it is a powerhouse! There are three settings for temperature, and also three settings for airflow strength which is such a great feature as I wanted the strongest arc low but not the highest heat. This hairdryer made my hair way less frizzy than usual, and it feels so soft! It was easy to use the attachments, however they are kind of difficult to switch out so it can take some time if you are trying to use multiple attachments in one sitting. The color is truly stunning and I find myself wanting to display it on my counter instead of shoving in a drawer. Overall, good value, just think the attachments need a little work.

I received this hair dryer through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. This is an excellent hairdryer! I've had my old dryer for almost 12years and didn't realize what a subpar hairdryer it was until now. The purple color, while not my favorite, is very pretty. It's incredibly lightweight - so much so that I decided to pack this for a recent trip instead of my old hairdryer, which collapses for easy packing. It has a very long cord which is a blessing and a curse - great reach for inconveniently placed outlets, but easy to snag on bathroom drawer knobs and the like. The cord would make it a great salon hairdryer. It has three heat settings, plus a cold setting, and two speed settings. My daughter has normally straight but very unruly hair and this dryer made it sleek and smooth last night. I will say it doesn't get as hot as other dryers, and I've only tried the concentrator attachment, which has vents so it doesn't focus the flow as much as it could, but for my purposes, it's my new favorite dryer even with those faults.

I have went through my fair share of hair dryers and this one has been my absolute favorite! A must have if I'm being honest. The color is beautiful and I love the feel of the dryer it's easy to hold onto and almost bends easily to the sections I need more attention on. It's not super loud but gets the job done I can see why they say it's a turbo dryer since it didn't take me that long to have my shoulder length hair fully dry. I love the attachments as well! There is 3 to choose from and my absolute favorite is the curling one since I have naturally wavy hair this one helps maintain the frizz and still give me that great volume look! Would definitely recommend and will be purchasing one for our other bathroom as well!

Overall, this hair tool was really nice to use. I have super curly hair and use to hate blow drying it because it would poof. The diffuser attachment was really nice, though it took a bit to figure out the right settings to get the best curls out of it. The number of settings on this hair dryer was pretty nice. My daughter's hair is opposite of mine, and she hates blow drying because usually it's too hot or too much. With the different combinations on this one though, we were able to blow dry her hair nicely and not get too warm! The pick attachment was nice on her hair too, since hers is fine and wavy. I could comb through while drying. The hair dryer is sooooo lightweight. I think that was my favorite thing, besides the color. Purple and blue are my favorite colors, and this matched with the other tools I already own. I could hold it and move it around and didn't feel like I was getting tangled or my arm too tired. The diffuser is a tad big, which made it a little awkward to get used to. The dry over all on my hair was nice. It works well for thick curly hair or straight, thin hair. The different air flows were probably the best setting on this too, because this allowed me to work on styling while using. I could easily flip my hair around and move with it. No setting was too hot, too cool or too strong or weak of a flow. I like the ability to kind of mix and match, because that will allow me to change my style up each time. I do see this lasting a long time for me, this hair dryer is really good quality and with the cleanable, reusable filter, it will have a good lifespan in my home. We tend to be hard on hair tools because of the thickness of my hair and when my daughters was longer, hers was curlier too. So having a tool with good quality is really important to us. I was so happy for the opportunity to test this hair dryer out through the Stellar Product Testing Panel and really appreciate the product as a whole!
