Underpowered and a bit loud
On the plus side, this hair dryer is small and relatively lightweight. I like that it comes with attachments as well. It has 3 great settings as well as a cool shot option. Better Than My Old CHI
My old CHI (which was in a higher price point) died after 8 years. I replaced it with this one and have been SO impressed. It leaves my fine, straight hair soft, smooth, and static free. It is lightweight and easy to style with, but doesn't feel cheap. I'm so glad I bought it!
Stopped working in less than a year!
I bought this last year in December. We are in November, and it stopped working. Didnt quite make it a full year. Very disappointing. I'll definitely invest in a better qualtiy dryer.
Never received
I was sent this email to review a product that was never delivered. It was retuned to sender for no known reason and Ulta cannot resend all items in my order. Disappointed.
Cheaply Built - Doesn't Last
This review is for the previous model in this product line, the HT7017BG. I purchased it in the summer of 2023, and after a year of occasional use (every couple of days) the high-speed setting stopped working. Upon opening up the dryer I discovered that the speed control switch appeared to have melted and broken loose. My advice is to save your money and invest in a sturdier device; perhaps find an older one at a thrift store from when everything wasn't garbage.
Hate this blow dryer
The attachments pop off way too easily while blow drying your hair, it's very inconvenient. Don't recommend sending your money on it.
