 Prime Focus Impossible Primer

This is genuinely my HG primer. I have combo skin with lots of extremely dry patches, large pores, and I'm on tret so my skin can be described as temperamental at best, extremely reactive at worst. This primer combined with the WnW Photofocus loose powder (then sprayed with my hydrating toner to lock it in) makes every foundation or bb cream sandwiched between it last for an absolute eternity. I live in SoCal and it's frequently over 100 degrees in the summer and my makeup doesn't BUDGE. It fills in my pores. It's lightly mattifying. It doesn't dry out my dry patches. It makes sure there is zero separation or wear on my foundation. I don't exactly know how Wet n Wild did it, but this is an extremely bizarre primer that somehow manages to do completely conflicting things for me and does it well. Some caveats: the texture is indeed like spackle. it's kinda like a dried out frosting and to work its best, it does seem to require a specific application style. I personally apply it with my fingers, patting it into my pores. If you rub it, it WILL pill. But so long as I do not rub it in at all, I have never, ever had it pill under foundation or after long wear. I also pat my foundation in with my fingers or a sponge but that is personally just my application style, I haven't tried applying with a brush at all so YMMV. But so long as you just pat it in, I personally think it's a very forgiving primer isn't too difficult to use.

I love that first and foremost its cruelty free, I think vegan too. It's affordable and works like a charm! It mattifies ALL day. (Well st ñeast 10-12hours) I don't understand the hate for the consitency since it should feel like that to fill in pores. 100/10

If I could, I would be the spokeswoman for this primer. After you read this, I think you'll agree lol. It's actually like a suit of armor for your makeup! It gives your skin a smooth, blurred, flawless look and feel (even if you don't wear makeup!). I have the most problematic skin; sensitive, textured, fine lines, big pores, acne prone, sweaty, sometimes oily, sometimes dry, sometimes combo - if you can imagine such a thing. I've struggled for about a decade to find the right combination of products for flawless makeup. And I was a manager at Ulta, so that's how you know I've tried everything - prestige and drugstore. I must say that this is the end all, be all! As long as I use this, just about ANY makeup I use will not separate, cake, sweat off, get patchy, or emphasize pores or texture. It just makes me look absolutely flawless from early morning into the late night! And with how troubled my skin actually is, that's truly saying something. I swear there's nothing like it out there, it really is, quite literally, impossible! And for the price, you can't beat it. Plus, it's silicone-free, so you can feel better about putting it on your skin vs other primers. Give it a try, I'm positive you'll love it too!! < 3

This primer goes on smooth. It has a gel like texture that blurs the lines on your face. It makes my make-up last longer.

Best Primer I've ever used and I'm 65. I wish they would also make this with an SPF!
