I did my usual skincare before priming and compared the E.L.F. on my left to the Milk in my right. I couldn't tell a difference.

This primer works really good for anyone that has oily skin. The primer glides on so effortlessly and really does mattify and reduce my pores for a smooth finish once my concealer and foundation was applied.I also like that it's a very nice sized bottle and reasonably priced .I received this product...

Super thick
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This power grip primer is definitely gripping, normally when I wear makeup I have to reapply my powder after a few hours but with this primer my makeup stayed on all day until I took it off at the end of the day. My skin tag is combination and so in the nose and chin area and along the jawline I tend to break out a lot and it is oilier but this tone down the shine and also did not cause any acne or breakouts to happen. The only problem I really had with this power grip primer is that it is super thick which made it a little harder to distribute evenly across my whole face. I would still definitely purchase this product because it is worth it

BEST IN PRIMER
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] if you want long lasting and a soft matte finish this product will definitely get you the results. I wore it with the Soft Glam Foundation topped with the halo glow and it was beautiful and I wore it to the Botanical Gardens in Atlanta to test the wear it held up so great this picture was at the end of a 2 hour walk.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Overall, I really liked this product. The texture is great and it does help your make up going more smoothly. My only complaint about this product is that it is extremely thick. Even when I only apply a layer it takes a minute to dry and I just don't have time to wait for it. I would use it again if I was doing make up for special occasion.
Not as good as the original primer
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] ⭐️⭐️⭐️ I really wanted to love this matte version, but it just didn't hit the mark for me. It does help with oil control and gives a soft matte finish, but I found the texture a bit harder to work with compared to the original Power Grip Primer. The original goes on smoother and grips makeup better in my opinion. This one isn't bad, just not my favorite—I'll be sticking with the OG!
