I have combo skin. After applying the e.l.f. Cosmetics Power Grip Primer + 4% Niacinamide and waiting a minute, I applied my foundation, Estée Lauder Futurist Hydra Rescue Moisturizing Foundation SPF 45. The green one made me shiny. The pink one made me glowy.
I am in my forties with dry dehydrated skin. This primer made my skin look juicy and expensive! The primer kept my mousse textured foundation on for 18 hours and didn't require any setting powder nor finishing or setting spray. This primer gave me a lit from within poreless glow that lasted all day and night. It wasn't dewy, it was moreso like I had a supple plumpness to my skin. This out performs the original power grip, in my opinion. The green power grip just trapped my oils and trapped shine making me look wetter as the day went on. With the niacinamide version [pink] my skin seemed to be holding moisture. Giving a plump, bouncy, and cushioned look. I will definitely repurchase this primer once I run out. The only con is that it did make my foundation oxidize. But it could have been the formula that I used [thick, full coverage, mousse] I am trying it with my runny liquid Estee Lauder Double Wear tomorrow to see if consistency makes a difference.

Too Harsh for Sensitive Skin
My sensitive skin had a painful reaction on my jaw and around my mouth. I'd suggest going with NYX Face Glue if your skin is easily irritated. It does have a good grip though!
