It's very hydrating and sticky, my makeup lasts all day with this
I think they changed the formula or something
I used this a couple of years ago daily and had no problem it even felt great on my skin. Now, I bought it again after a while of not using it and it made my skin breakout horribly. I felt a burning sensation on my skin too. My mom wanted to try it and since I didn't wanted to use it, I gave it to her, but I warned her about it, and she also had a breakout on her skin although she never gets reactions on products.
