Great dupe for Milk HydroGrip
I did my usual skincare before priming and compared the E.L.F. on my left to the Milk in my right. I couldn't tell a difference.

This primer works really good for anyone that has oily skin. The primer glides on so effortlessly and really does mattify and reduce my pores for a smooth finish once my concealer and foundation was applied.I also like that it's a very nice sized bottle and reasonably priced .I received this product...

Lightweight matte primer that grips makeup and keeps it in p
I really like this primer for oily and combination skin. The texture is lightweight, not greasy, and it grips makeup very well without feeling heavy. It smooths the skin, controls shine, and helps foundation last much longer, even on long days. I didn't notice any strong scent or residue, and my makeup layers beautifully on top. Great affordable option for a matte, long-lasting base.
Product pills up if paired with silicone-based foundations
This product works well, but keep in mind, there's no silicones present in its ingredients list, so it will pill up any silicone-based foundations like the Essence Foundation Stick. I recommend using this with either water-based or hybrid formula foundations like Loreal True Match (both the tinted serum or blendable foundation). I had to learn the hard way, lol. I still prefer a silicone-based formula for primer, since I do have oily skin, so I most likely won't buy again, but I would still recommend to someone looking for a matte look with normal to dry skin.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I really like this primer because it really modifies your foundation and concealer. It also dries down pretty quickly so you have to use it fast but it does get the job done.
Heavier primer
I didn't mind this primer — it's definitely *thick* and took some getting used to, but once I got the hang of it, I noticed it really *helps keep my makeup on*. It feels a bit heavy at first, but it does a good job at gripping foundation and controlling oil throughout the day. Great option if you want longer-lasting makeup without breaking the bank!
