Prepare for your treatment by soaking feet in warm still water for 5-10 minutes. Next, open the foot mask socks by separating the outer layer from the inner cotton layer. Pour the activating essence into one of the foot mask socks and evenly distribute along the inside of the cotton lining. Place your foot inside the sock and seal with attached closure. Repeat for the other foot. Wear for 60 minutes (or up to 90 minutes if greater exfoliation is desired). Remove socks and discard. Thoroughly rinse and dry feet.
Progressive peeling action will commence in approximately 3-7 days. (Extremely callused feet may take longer.
Use PoshPeel Pedi Cure once every 60-90 days, or as needed.

Feels great and does the job. May be a little over priced but if they are on sale I would definitely buy them to try it out.

I have tried a few different foot/heel softening products on the market and Patchology works the best. It's easy to use. After the peeling is done, I have baby soft skin on my feet and heels. Best time for me to use is when it's winter season so I can always wear socks during the peeling phase, which takes about a week give or take.

Smoother feet
I used this product as instructed and got great results. My heels especially were so calloused, dry, and the skin was sharp. I put my feet in the socks for about 70 minutes. A week later they peeled in a big way. The peeling stopped at about 11 days. Now I have smooth, touchable feet. The process was not uncomfortable. The liquid smells a bit weird if you stick your fingers in it accidentally. The smell didn't bother me and wouldn't turn me off of the product. Once the socks were on and fastened I couldn't smell it anyway.
