Not recommended for fine hair as it does not hold shape well at all. I ultimately returned the item. The item was trialed with appropriate hair products, but it was just not the right tool for my hair for the desired look.

I love the way this styler makes my hair look, but it's pretty heavy and clumsy to use. Maybe it's just me - I'm an older gal with achy hands. But it is something that I didn't even think about when I was buying, and I might consider a lighter one if I was buying iagain
