I tried the PanOxyl Blemish Aftercare Brightening Patches, and while they're easy to apply, I didn't notice much improvement in my dark spots or post-blemish marks. There was a mild stinging sensation at first, and the patches sometimes left a bit of redness once I removed them. Also they took a while to fully absorb. After finishing the pack, I still didn't see any real change, so maybe I'd need to use more of them over a longer period to know if they actually work. Overall, they're decent but not very impressive.

These patches are massive and best used over an area with multiple red spots. I prefer to cut them up so I can cover blemishes all over my face. I don't notice a major difference in my skin the next morning but haven't used them multiple nights in a row. No scent or irritation issues! They stay on my face all night and are so discreet (especially when cut into smaller pieces) that I almost forget they are on! I tend to need pimple patches for when I have an active pimple but these were nice to try. I probably won't be repurchasing.
