The applicator that bends down is cool. But the powder itself is just powder. It doesn't sink in. It makes my hair feel dirty and sticky. I feel no lift from this whatsoever and even if it does give, the dirty sticky feeling is not worth it

This is a good powder for fine hair or to add volume or texture to roots. The price is a little high in my opinion for a root powder from the drugstore but a little goes a long way.

The Not Your Mother's plump for joy hair volumizer is a great addition to my daily hair needs. It gives me a slightly better lift than a typical dry shampoo. I have very fine hair and it definitely adds some much needed texture to my roots. The only thing that I'm not in love with is the way it feels but it's not too bad as long as you're not running your hands through your hair. Overall a pretty nice product that I will keep using

Okay so, it works. It does exactly what it's intended to do. BUT , it feels gross in your hair. Its a powder formula but then it clumps up in your hair. Kind of like a hairspray but powder so then wet powder that's sticky ? Idk. I am not a fan.

This product is so perfect to give my roots the perfect amount of lift. My hair doesn't fall flat immediately and doesn't leave too much of a white cast.
